GTA IV graphics issues.

The discussion thread of GTA IV is closed so created a new one..

I have this problem where I can only see the characters and nothing else..it's like they are in space..There are no fps drops or stutter of any kind..Sometimes I can see windows and car doors..I tried lowering the settings, didn't help..re-installed the game and the problem persists..The characters are always visible just the other stuff are absent..

I had no issues with EFLC and it ran fine @ high settings on my last GPU (5770)..

Any solutions? before i knock on the doors of Rockstar's support?

P.S It's a legit copy.

You are running it on window xp. right?

Whatever download and install "cache booster". Run it and restart your system , now run game.

I was too having similar problem . Have you applied the latest patch 1.0.7.0 ?? mine problem was solved after it .
