Graphics card releted proble..plz help

I want to buy a graphics card.But some problem arise.
My configuration is:
1.Motherboard: MCP6PB M2+ BIOSTAR NVIDIA CHIPSET (NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE graphics card onboard)
2.Processor: AMD ATHLON 64 X2 5200+
3.RAM: 2G.B. DDR2 ZION
4.HDD: SEAGATE 500GB
5.OPTICAL DRIVE: LG DVD-WRITER
6.SMPS: FRONTECH 450 watt
Now i want to buy MSI R6670 ATI RADEON DDR5 graphics card. Now plz can you tell me,is that graphics card perfectly run on my SMPS ?

If not,then which SMPS i have to buy & what is thats price? (My budget (rs 1k only for SMPS) is too short.if costs exceed,then i have to wait 4-5 month more..so plz give me the right information.If SMPS necessary and it would exceed my budget,then I agree to wait for better CPU.so plz plz plz give me the right information)

A reliable power supply is must needed and you won't get one in 1k. Although HD 6670 is a power efficient card.

then plz suggest me a smps which is cheaper than other..

Try to find these power supplies locally. Otherwise order online.

FSP Saga II 400w @ 1.9k
FSP Saga II 500w @ 2.2k

yup it is. Corsair CX400 is actually better than CX430.
