Graphics Card Problem

i wanted to buy a new gfx card under 10 k .
i was suggested the XFX 7600 GT by sum friends.

After reading the following review , i am bit confused abt wat card to buy.

i din know that Palit made Nvidia cards too .

yes....Palit makes nvidia card...and they'r much cheaper...but the failure rates are higher... its good of you upgrade your GPU evey 6months...

Go for XFX 7600GT for about ~10k

is the cooling solution gud in XFX .. it has a smaller fan compared to palit n leadtek .

XFX has sufficient cooling they use good quality thermal paste etc....so heating shouldn't' be a prob...in fact XFX cards can be oc'ed to a great extent with the stock cooler...

Donno about gigabyte..but stay away...

MSI is "good".....but may be a little expensive than XFX....but not much..

i'l vote for leadtek... atleast from what i've read... xfx is cool, but i guess it gets a lil off the hook wid its pricing...

7600 gt is a great card with price to match. It can play all current games well.
However it may not be DirectX 10 compatible. So weigh your options carefully as Vista is not far from being released.

dx10 is bs right now .. if it is so important , then why not wait for dx11 or so .. maybe some new OS from MS too ... ufff ..

Anyway , get a XFX 7600GT .. its an brilliant oc'er , u'r sure to hit 600/1600 on stock cooling , and no hardware mods .. and with some volt mods , some people evenhit 700/1800 ...
