GPU overheating for newly built computer

Hi! I built a PC for a friend with the following specs
Intel g2010
Consistent h61 mobo
Zotac gtx 210 silent synergy edition 1 GB
Zebronics 450w PSU
Seagate 1 tb HDD
Windows 8
The problem was that when I ran speed fan, it showed gpu temp as 60 deg at idle and -75 deg for CPU. How do I cool down the fan less GPU? Also, is my CPU temp sensor malfunctioning?

Speedfan can be buggy from time to time so better use hwinfo. There's no way to cool a fanless card like GT210 more unless you attach a fan on it or place it inside of a well ventilated cabinets with lots of fans.

I checked with hardware monitor, which shows max temp of GPU as 56 deg over an hour, I use a zebronics case with one 80mm side fan
