First of all, let me get this out that I had RMA d the card more than a year ago, and yes it took me a year to notice that i got a wrong card back
Anyway, long story short, bought Sapphire 6670 1GB DDR5 from MD on 30.05.2013, stopped working around 2015 Jan, still under warranty, went to Aditya Infotech, Kolkata, near Kalighat Metro. They accepted my card. Returned after 2 days. Same looKing card, was working, noted the temp but didnt bother to check details in GPU-Z, as it was just a spare for me, already had a GTX 750 ti.
Listed the 6670 on OLX a week ago, for Rs2500, someone offered 2200, is going to come today check it on my PC. Installed AMD drivers, checking GPU-Z when suddenly i noticed its showing DDR3. Then i noticed the sticker on the card says DDR3 as well.

Really upset with myself for not noticing it earlier, the fault is primarily mine. But the original crime is on Aditya Infotech. Just wanted to let everyone know here.
