Good-screen + Inbuilt SIM, around 8K [Tab buying suggestions needed]

I am looking for a good tab, for internet browsing, and watching videos (mp4 - 720 or below).
Gaming is not intended on this tab. (I do spend hours gaming)
Budget: 7000. Max:9000~

Essential minimum features :
Around 200ppi, 1024 pixels wide, IPS or good viewing angles.
A-GPS
Sim slot - 2G-EDGE, or 3G
WiFi.

Expected :
CPU.................1Ghz, ~GPU~
Screen size.......6 inch or above.
Ram.................512 to 1GB
Inbuilt...............4GB
Battery..............around 3000mAh
Physical keyboard compatibility

I have been reading reviews for 3 days and lost myself. Found these interesting :
Simmtronics XPAD Turbo [ 7" 1.2GHz,Mali400, 2G+3G SIM, 1024x600 2800mAh ] 6900Rs
iBerry x2 3G [ 7" 1.6GHz Arm Cortext9, 3G SIM, 1280x800 4100mAH ] 9000Rs
Lava Xtron, Xolo, Lenovo and Dell have nice tabs, but no 2G or 3G SIM slots.

Any suggestion would be appreciated...., including any hot threads discussing similar.

No concerns about :
Camera, Blue-tooth, Speakers, weight, HDMI, USB charging etc, Android version, Long charging time, Stock earphone.

Nexus 7 2012 is really good, now at around 10K.
The only draw back, is that it does not accept GSM internet. (SIM), neither a 3G dongle.

Would there be any tabs comparable to Nexus 7 2012, which accepts a SIM ?

Or else I would have the combination : 3Gdongle + mobile-wify-router right ?

Asus FonePad 7 ? 12,000 Rs is a lot of money for me though.

I hope it can connect internet.

A 3G Dongle having Wifi can be used with any tablet or use it with AC Power Adaptor.
because wifi tab can connect via wifi of 3G Dongle.
3G Dongle may be connected via USB Port of any device providing power.
3G Wifi dongles are more costly than ordinary dongles.

The 3G-Wify dongles appear to range from 1.5K (at discount - Hama) to 7K(Hueawei ones)
A friend warned that low cost ones doesnt last an hour on battery.

Leaving that apart, Xolo QC800 appears to fall in 9K range now.
Are there any serious drawback known for this tab ?
The Xolo official page (xolo.in)does not maintain a page for this tab now.
Specs looks good.
