Good netbook needed below 30k

I needed a good netbook with good multimedia capabilities and a good processor. It would be good if it has a decent screen size like 12". I found out that Eee Pc 1215N is a very good model but is it available in India?

If there are any better options please advice. Thanks in Advance.
