One of my ADATA XPG GAMMIX D30 8GB DDR4 3200MHZ RAM stick developed some error. I checked it with memtest86 and then contacted ADATA directly as well as Acrotech / Acro-Care which deals with XPG RAMs.
ADATA sent me details of their contact who asked me to contact Acrotech / Acro-Care.
On 06/03/2025, I sent an email plus the same message on their whatsapp number shown on Acro-Care website for XPG customers. They replied and asked me to create a claim on their website. They also gave me another number of their personnel Mr. Sanjay who deals with it. He confirmed that it comes with lifetime warranty.
I created a claim on their website on 06/03/2025. I was given a tracking number and told that BlueDart person will pick up the faulty one; and it was picked up on 07/03/2025.
Then came vacations for holi festival so I didn't check. I asked Mr. Sanjay on 19/03/2025 about the progress and he responded with a BlueDart tracking number which showed that it was sent on 17/03/2025. I received the replacement on that same day. It is working properly.
As I didn't had any previous experince of ADATA products, I didn't expect such nice and prompt response from a different support company which in some cases I have heard is not good as compared to the same company providinh support.
What I liked in the entire process was prompt response and nice behaviour of everyone with who I exchanged whatsapp messages or Mr. Sanjay with who I had a talk once.
