Good and Compatible Pc Config??

i hav the following assembled rig in mind... kindly tell me if all parts are compatible with motherboard etc.... also suggestions will be taken as long as budget remains between 30-35k MAX!! Gaming is Purpose of this pc... and m going to connect it to my 32" hdtv...

Get a better graphic card If you can.
Atleast HD 7770 for good gaming experience in 32" led tv.

Very bad PSU. Avoid it.
Instead buy Corsair CX430V2 @2.3K
