Updated the post. Higher refresh rates would be optimal, but i really don't want to invest alot for monitor.

LG 32GK650F is the best choice indeed for you. Its the best monitor at that price, just not great for content creators or those who don't want such a big monitor or has space issues.

I'd put Acer's 27" 1440p 144Hz monitor as the second-best choice at that price point.
