Hi ....
ISIC Card provides discount and Various free benifits...over all the world.
Actually i am Windows phone user.
I was badly needed for windows developer account.
But its was free only for students....
After many trying i did not get valid Edu email or anything.
So i ordered for ISIC - international student Identity Card.
Now i got my ISIC card....
But i got my developer account free By chinies trick....
So currently no use for ISIC card for me....

So if anyone here using windows phone...and want to verify his account as developer to sideload apps etc....from Microsoft.
Then u can get My ISIC card.
Just in 650/- INR
card Validity - upto: 03/2015
