GIMP work area behind toolbox and docks

Hi
My GIMP work area has suddenly started falling behind my Toolbox and Docks. I tried designating the window always on top but still the same result. It is quite annoying. I am enclosing a screenshot. Any help will be much appreciated.

Changed to Normal Window
