[MENTION=278774]GIGABYTE INDIA[/MENTION] - My Gigabyte Graphics card (GTX 660) has been lying with the service center for 3 weeks+ now. I called them up in the first week and they told me the card was repaired and I can collect it. I went to the service center (which is around 2 hours away from my place) only to find out that they didn't even know what the problem was. The card still showed artifacts and they claimed it was fixed.
After I demonstrated that the card still had artifacts they took it back and after a week they inform that the card will be replaced. After 4 more days they tell me that they do not have stock for it and that the card will be shipped from Bengaluru instead.
I called them up today again and they don't even have stock for the card in Bengaluru and now he tells me that the card will be shipped from Taiwan!
What is wrong with your service? Can't you just give an alternative graphics card instead like every other manufacturer does? or even a credit note instead?
Accel Frontline is the worst service partner you could have ever gone with.
Please look into this!
