Getting an Upgraded GPU should I take it.

Ok friends,
My Current config is as follows,
Asus M5a97 EVO
FX-8350
Ripjaws G-skill 4gb*2
Seasonicc s112-620 Watts
Cabinet :NZXT Gamma
Dell 2240L

Now there were some issues with my current GPU Zotac GTX 760 AMP!

Now I'm getting a replacement of Zotac GTX 770 as they are right now out of stock of 760 AMP!
But the deal with this is that I only get the 2 years warranty with it, not the extended warranty of 3 years which I previously had on my Zotac 760 AMP.

Now the question is should I opt for the 770
Also will my current config support 770.(The 2 years warranty starts from to date)
Will my PSU and Motherboard be compatible??

Your help is appreciated.

Thanx in advance.

Yes your system and PSU will support. Get it asap as it;s much more powerful than the 760. You are a luck man to get 770 as replacement for 760!
