Want To Get A Photo In Your Drive ,Yes

So There Is a Great A Tool To Do This

Here Is The Link To Download It here

Just Paste The Tool On The Drive In Which You Want The Wallpaper To Be Set

Now Run The Tool Select The Second Option,next

Then Click The Browse Button To Choose The Photograph Then Select The

Color Of The Font

Then Click Finish

Refresh Your Drive

You Can Also Remove The Customization By Just Selecting The Third Option

On That Customized Drive

nice tool. but here is how i do it:
create a "desktop.ini" file in the drive or folder. paste the following code in that file

[ExtShellFolderViews]
{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}=
{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}
[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
IconArea_Image=F:\My Documents\My Pictures\hilary-duff.jpg

Change the image location accordingly.. Save. thats it.
