Well it totally depends on you on which model to choose. Basically the Blackberry service is the same across all its handsets. If you want a somewhat smaller form factor, I would suggest the BB Pearl 8110. If you want comfortable full-keyboard typing, then you may choose the Curve 8310. The latest Curve 8900 has both GPS and WiFi (3G also which you might use in future) is the slimmest BB ever made.
