General Purpose PC Configuration

Hi everybody, I am quite new to this forum and I hope to get some valuable suggestions from the senior members of this site.

I actually need help with the following configuration. Is it really good enough? Thanks in advance.

Biostar TP35D2-A7
Transcend 2x1GB DDR2 800 MHz
ATI Radeon HD 4550 512MB DDR3
Samsung 943 NWX 19"
Western Digital 500GB SATA2
LG SATA DVD Writer

Could you suggest me a good SMPS and a good set of 5.1 speakers for Rs 4,000?

Yes, its a good config. Why not go for ATI HD 4670 instead of HD 4550? I advise u to go for 4670. And for dvd writer go for Samsung instead of LG.
