Consider this processor g4560, its a great budget gaming processor.

RX 570 doesn't gets bottlenecked by G4560. GTX 1060/RX 580 and lower GPUs are suitable for it.

dont pay more than 15-15.5k for rx 570 pulse.. unless you want urgently.. they are over priced right now becausr of miners.. wait for more stock to come

For ~12k you can get a 1050Ti 4GB or extend budget to ~22k for GTX 1060 6GB. RX 570 was in the sweet spot around 16k. If you can find it at that price locally, go for it.
