Gaming PC Under 80k & [i7 4790k mobo required]

Firstly i will mention my usage- Gaming on high graphics 1080p 23 inch monitor resolution, use of photoshop, illustrator etc., video encoding & conversion.

I am building a gaming PC for a max of 80k, i am going for a i7 4790k, looking for a motherboard for about max price 7.5k [can increase budget if no choice is left].

I want a mobo that can handle the powerful cpu & wont cause a bottleneck of cpu, graphic card or any component that might be affected. Digit recommended Asus B85M-G for gaming PCs under 70k article but the proc. was an i5. Donno if it can handle the load of an i7 in a long run.

I was initially planning on getting a i5 4690k with the R9 280x but the card is about to be 2 years old in October & it costs 23k. So i think it would be better to go with a i7 4790k which supports hyperthreading & after watching the new Final fantasy 15 video of square enix shown below i think i should get a HT Proc.

Now which Graphic card should i go for a GTX 960 or a R9 380 2GB ? For 960 which of one is the best silent & smooth performer ? For 380 i think only msi one is there as per the prime abgb website.

Any other recommendations are welcomed, i am looking for a 80 plus certified power supply, is corsair cs650m a good buy & also want a stable SSD. For ram i would go for 8gb ripjaws as kingston & corsair are 1k costlier.

Sorry, i wanted to post what i think till now do take the OP into consideration while helping me out. I will fill the details here.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Gaming on max settings, use of phtoshop, illustrator, video encoding & conversion.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:Rs. 80,000/- can be hesitantly stretched but not much than 5000.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Nope that's why i want a future proff machine now.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:120 GB SSD & already have a 500GB Drive. maybe will get a 1TB one in future

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:I want to buy a 23 inch monitor of 1080p resolution, with max 28w power consumption. Preferably it needs to have VGA, HDMI & DVI Ports. Max i can spend is 13k.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: DVD writer, 500gb hdd, i also have a xbox 360 wireds controller so i will require a normal keyboard & mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:Mumbai mostly prime abgb

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:I never done it myself. I think the ABGB shop assembles it for you. So I'll let them do it.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:No i plan to buy from the shop only.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Check OP. I got excited & typed a bunch load over there xD

I was planning to go with spec 2 cabinet of corsair which has 2 fans so do i need a CPU cooler? I already have the xbox360 wired controller so i will get a normal keyboard & mouse pair.

And please read OP i need a board for i7 4790k. I don't want to go for any other processor, i5 4400 doesn't support hyperthreading except it's e4400 model. Which 970 is better zotac, asus, msi or gigabyte, there are varying reviews on them. I want a silent one. And after sale support needs to be good as when my XFX 8800GT died after 1 & 1/2 years of purchase, they gave me a used & noisy 8800GTS instead of a new 8800gt as a replacement, don't want such horrible service.

And the dell monitor does not have a HDMI port. It will be better if the monitor has all 3 connections supported.

And don't want a 1TB hdd now. Maybe after a few months.

^ 850 Evo 120 GB costs ~4-4.5k and not 8k. Get a normal i7 4770 or Xeon E3 1246 v3 since you don't want to OC and pair it with a H97 mobo.

Why do you keep posting entire config after one or two changes?

As per prime abgb website the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO does not support a LGA-1150 motherboard so which one would be the best ?

Ok thank you. I just contacted prime abgb they say they don't have a hyper 212 evo and the 212x wont fit the corsair carbide spec 03 cabinet. Forgot to ask about tx3. But meantime please recommend any other good cpu coolers for max 2.5k must fit into the spec 03.
