There is literally zero benefits for overclocking your RAM unless you are using APU..
Even 1333 mhz RAM gives the exact same performance as a 2000+mhz RAM in most cases, its better to not extend your budget over Rs 1000 just to get higher clock speeds than what you have currently decided

Blu is around 2.8k, Fury is around 3k. The board supports 1600Mhz + then why not go for it?

blue is discontinued i think. the current stock on shops might be old stocks. most shops will be having hyperx fury only.

Upto 200-300 more for higher frequency RAM is fine but not anything more than that.
