1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Playing AAA games. Expecting to play Assassin's creed origins at medium settings atleast. Applications like Photoshop for editing pictures, watching hi-def movies.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 40k is my budget. Can extend upto 45k - 50k. But I would be happier if the cost is less than <45k.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1tb/maybe if budget allows, then SSD.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, I want a 1080p 22' or better depending leftover budget..

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Mouse, speakers.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: As soon as possible. I have a friend in USA who can get parts for me in December. Example - if a 1050Ti card is much cheaper in USA, he could get it for me. Untill then I can assemble the rest of the PC.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Never built a PC but I want to learn and assemble.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Hyderabad. I am open to buying online if I don't get it locally.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:I wish to build a CPU as compact as possible. I don't want to cramp stuff inside. It should look decent and not heavy.

A G4560 + B250/H110 mobo would cut the OP's unnecessary overhead costs while having little to no performance drop in games. This is valid if OP can't wait for coffeelake. Also, OP doesn't want to OC so suggesting 1400+ B350 for him has very little sense.

Yeah, I don’t wish to overclock since it won’t be of any use to me.

Going for g4560 and b250 Mobo would cost me how much?

And lastly, would you suggest me to wait for coffeelake?

Thank you for your replies. I really appreciate it. I have been visiting the forums since years for advice. I could find a newer post for a gaming pc around this budget.

Costtocost is good for people in/around Delhi. For people in major cities like Bangalore,Kolkata,Chennai,Mumbai,Hyderabad etc they can get the components from their city's major pc market itself.e.g.in Bangalore I think it is SP Road. Also vedantcomputers & mdcomputers are located in Kolkata, primeabgb in mumbai,deltapage/delta peripherals & theitdepot in chennai.
