Below are the parts and prices i've got after having a trip to CTC in Secundrabad/Hyderabad. Please need your feedback if its fine in-terms of parts and also price.
I'll mostly be playing F1 games.
Processor Intel i5 4590 : 14800
Motherboard MSI Z97 : 8000
RAM 1*8GB kingston hyperx fury : 3800
HDD Seagate 1 TB : 3400
Cabinet Corsair Spec - I : 4100
Graphics Zotac GTX 970 : 25500
PSU corsair vengance 600W : 4500
Monitor DELL 2249L : 8900
SSD 120GB(dont remember name) : 3900
TOTAL 76900 and will be assembled by them.
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: F1 2013, F1 2014 and F12015. Probably will buy Project cars also in near term. Also, would like to record my games while playing. And the usual storing movies, songs, photos. I've laptop for my office work.
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 75k as i wanted to go for gtx 970 and decent motherboard.
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:NOPES
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows and Linux.
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1 TB
6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes. 21inch
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:I have keyboard, mouse and headphone. so there are not needed.
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:As early as possible.
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Asembler.
10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Living in hyderabad and buying locally.
