Gaming PC around Rs 1,30,000

I basically want a similar configuration but without the monitor..I checked the components in Amazon.com and they are much cheaper there compared to Amazon.in....Is it safe to buy them from eBay and assemble them in India..can I get them serviced if something goes wrong ?

Way overpriced in India. 250-300$ console is costing stupid 40k.
