you won't a get a decent laptop suitable for gaming in your budget. Lenovo G50 (AMD quad core A8) would be ok for you.

HP 15G009AX

The higher version of this one with Win 8.1 is HP 15G002AX but specs are same and if you are OK without OS then you can save some bucks with this one. In gaming this one will give moderate performance.

GPU is not that good in Lenovo laptop.

if you want something for gaming get a desktop. Or else buy a tablet with full windows 8 support and add a Bluetooth keyboard and enjoy. Might cost around 20k I guess.
