Again, overspending on mobo, just pointing out. If you are going for aesthetics, I'll stop pointing out mobo over-expenditure.

Ideally i7 12700 + B660M A Pro is enough, else if you have money get i7 12700K + Z690 A Pro WiFi DDR4. The i7 12700 lacks OC support, so Z690 doesn't make sense unless you need 4x M.2 slots & more expansion slots, which even Z690 A Pro has.

Also, shouldn't cost much more to get 3600MHz CL18 instead, for RAM.

+1 to the above post. Memory is understandable but not the mobo. It costs what, 24k? For that, you could go for the MSI B660 PRO A for 14k and 10k on a 1TB Gen4 SSD, if storage is the main concern here. That would give you plenty of headroom for storage, which avoids the purpose of upgrading in the near future. Or better, spend on a decent cabinet and an external CPU cooler. It's only for gaming and some productivity right? Don't see the point of spending so much for the motherboard.

Got your point regarding Mobo, Yea you both are right regarding Mobo. Thanks a lottt

Changed specification

Core i7 12700
Msi B660 pro
G.SKILL Trident Z Royal 32GB (2 * 16GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16-18-18-38 1.35V Desktop Memory RAM - F4-3200C16D-32GTRG

Regarding ram, it's kinda good looking for trident royal is for me. I don't need additional SSD or space as already have 250gb for window booting and 6.5 TB space in HDD for storing my games and othe files.

Now for future i will be looking for cabinet, monitor& cpu cooler and then good gpu and power supply.

I was saying to get 3600MHz Trident, unless that is much more expensive than 3200MHz one, usually its barely 1k for 32GB it for 3200 CL16 vs 3600 CL18.

Newer games need SSD, so do look into it when you upgrade GPU.

noted for 3600. will try to get 3600 instead of 3200 today itself as i need system back soon.

Thanks for suggestion and information regarding GPU will keep additional SSD in mind while buying gpu. As of now I have total 6 TB internal storage in HDD (WD Black) and 240gb SSD for window booting. Due to z690 now i have more slots for future upgrade if I required. Thanks a lot for your constant guidance.
