Memory is universal, so it will work fine with both AMD and Intel systems. I see that the Trident Z is chosen. What is it's price? There are better memory modules out there which are cheaper, but if your heart desires it, then go right ahead with it. There is no visble difference between 3600Mhz and 3200Mhz.

SSD is fine. No need for any changes in it.

I'd suggest going with a different PSU. The PM650D is not the best, and Deepcool has a pretty poor reputation in making PSUs. I'd suggest the NZXT C650 80+ Bronze or the Corsair CX650M for the same price.

The Pro and the AK400 provide similar thermals. However, the AK400 does not have RGB, so the Gammaxx Pro is suggestible.

For the case, each provide good thermals. The 510 Air will get the job done for you.

It costs 1k cheaper online, so it's reasonable.
Any suggestion for RAM 3200 cl16 rgb ones?

Another card you can consider is 6600XT. This performs almost same as 3060 but you won't get nvenc encoder and Ray Tracing. If you don't need these 2 then 6600XT is good contender. As Goku said, 3060 isn't cut for 1440/4k gaming where it will fill 12GB VRAM and definitely can't play with RT enabled, without DLSS. Read more about RT and DLSS and see how useful it is at 1080p gaming. Go for whatever card is cheaper.

GPU - Zotac RTX 3060 Twin Edge 12 GB quoted price from local shop at 35850, justifiable?
No, get RX6600 for 29k, not even 10% inferior:
Asus Dual Radeon RX 6600 8GB GDDR6
GPU mid range 1080p.png

CPU - Intel i5 12400
Mobo - MSI B660M A Pro WiFi
RAM - Gskill Trident Z 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz C16 (Kindly confirm if this is for AMD)
GPU - Zotac RTX 3060 Twin Edge 12 GB
M.2 SSD - WD SN570 1 TB (is XPG Gammix 1 TB of? But I see read speed difference between two 1500 and 3500 between XPG and WD, is that a big difference?)
PSU - Deepcool PM650D 80+ Gold
Monitor - LG 24GN650 24″ 1080p 144Hz IPS

CPU Cooler (confused between these, though I prefer RGB)?
Deepcool Gammax 400 Pro
Deepcool AK400

Cabinet (confused between these)?
Deepcool Mattrexx 55 Mesh 4F
Ant Esports Ice 300 Mesh
ANT ESPORTS ICE 511MT
Ant Esports 510 AIR
DEEPCOOL MATREXX 55 MESH ARGB 4F

Is it necessary to go with 3600 RAM instead of 3200?

Kindly advise
Put price breakdown

RAM - Get 3600MHz CL18 IMO, barely 1k more for slight uplift in fps, also look into XPG D60 for RGB RAM, cheaper

SSD - Samsung 980 costs same as SN570 on sale these days

Cooler - Neither of them are RGB, 400 pro has blue light. Take any of them.

Cabinet - 1st & last are the same cabinet IMO, there's just no fan & 4 fan variant of that cabinet.

CPU - Intel i5 12400 - 17.1k
Mobo - MSI B660M A Pro WiFi - 14.6k
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 3600MHz LPX - 6.25k
GPU - Zotac RTX 3060 Twin Edge 12 GB - 35.8k
M.2 nvme - XPG Gammix S5 1TB - 7.6k or
WD SN570 1TB - 8.2k
PSU - Deepcool PM650D 80+ Gold - 5.2k
CPU Cooler - Deepcool AK400 - 2.3k
Cabinet - Ant Esports 510 AIR - 4.3k

Installation charge, benchmark test - 2.5k
Total 95.6k quoted by local gaming build shop.

RAM - proccy supports 3200 MHz, so buying 3600 make any sense?
SSD - Online search shows wd sn570 being at par with Samsung 980, any comments? Local shop promotes the xpg Gammix S5, i find the read speeds to be lower than the fromer. So confused which one?
GPU - Zotac provides 5 years warranty, is it ok to sacrifice 3k to 4k for that and being nvidia? 6600 not available locally.
PSU - Someone mentioned concern about deepcool quality on psu, should i consider Corsair or other?
Cabinet - More into aesthetics, liked coolermaster td mesh 500 at 7.5k.
Cooler - Suggest an aio twin fan cooler for rgb aesthetics and cooling. Is cooling by ak400 or aio cooling better? On search, Deepcool twin fan aio comments were that only at same temp as stock fan.

Commentz plz, finalising today.

Build the PC yourself do not give even a rupee for assembly
Do not cheap out on the power supply
If you are buying 3060 because of 12 GB VRAM, don't.
Case and cooler are not good enough
Check prices on primeabgb and mdcomputers.

Cx650 Corsair not available. Any better ones?

Msi 6600 XT mech 2x at 36k is justifiable? Is this good card? Does 6600 and XT versions run perfectly on msi b660m?

Cabinets, still confused btw
Ant Esports 690 Air 5.6k
DEEPCOOL MATREXX 55 MESH ARGB 4F 5.5k
Ant Esports 510 AIR 4.3k

NZXT C650 (80+ Bronze) or the Corsair CX650F or ASUS TUF Gaming Bronze 650w. If none of these are available, then go with the deepcool PSU.

Yes the RX 6600 XT is a good deal. Replace the 3060 with that.

For cabinet, the 510 Air is fine. Go with that itself.

A simple tower cooler will suffice for the 12400. The AK400 is more than enough to keep it cool.

There isn't much difference between the SN570 and Samsung 980. You're only getting the advantage of Samsung's name by going with the 980. Go with whichever is cheaper.

Other than these, your build is fine.

RAM will run at 3600MHz using XMP, put mobo BIOS at Gear 1 setting as well for best performance. 6k for 3600MHz Vengeance is a bit high, but not too bad.

SSD - Samsung 980 is superior to SN570, slightly, I got my friend 980 for under 8k on sale with card offers from amazon. Get at least SN570.

GPU - Get the zotac 3060 if that is what's available locally, register it online within 30 days to get 5 year warranty. Definitely overspending a bit here.

PSU - Deepcool one is bare minimum, I myself spent on a 8.5k PSU for my rig

Cabinet - If you like the looks & can afford it, get TD 500 Mesh, good case, not best (that would be Lancool II Mesh at this price for cooling)

Cooler - Even a simple 1.5k tower cooler is enough for i5 12400, I use it with the stock cooler as gaming rarely pushes my CPU temps above 80C avg. AIO is a waste of money IMO, just adds aesthetics, nothing else. Also AIOs are consumables & last upto 5 years at best, so air coolers are just more reliable & 0% chance of leakage (it is pretty close to 0 for AIO, but not 0%).
AIO - Cheapest 240mm ARGB one, as cooling performance won't matter much, maybe the Deepcool one.

Except GPU & installation charges, I don't see high quote for anything else.

OS - Get grey market retail key, I will recommend Win10 over 11. Most users will be satisfied with Win11 though, unlike myself & some power users.

Suggest me a good monitor. Getting Zotac 3060. Prefer 1080 gameplay.

Confused between BenQ EX2510s at 19.5k and LG 24gn650B at 16.5k.

Also suggest a medium budget gaming keyboard and mouse.

LG 24GN650. I found BenQ an easy no as it is usually just expensive compared to competition.

KB - CB GK16 - 2.4k (no num pad)
Mouse - Razer DeathAdder Essential - 1k

Secondly does 27" gaming cause eye strain, being a reason for me to avoid 27" and also read about pixelation at 1080p, if not used at 1440.

Buy Keyboard where you can turn off LEDs, if ever needed. Much better if it can do what Goku is telling above. Rainbow gets irritating very soon.
1080p on 27" does suffer from pixellation. Following are better combination
1080p-24"
1440p-27"
2160p-32"
You can also do 4k on 27" but the texts will be small.
