Gaming build Bottleneck

Hi guys,

Im trying to select one of the following from a Mild Gaming perspective but mostly for regular app use:

Core i5 4200U (1.6-2.6Ghz)
Nvidia 740M
Is the CPU a bottleneck for the 740?

Core i5 3230m (2.6-3.2Ghz)
AMD 8670m
Lower performing GPU here.

Finding it hard to compare.

Yes the first one is a ULV processor and will surely bottleneck the GPU
2nd one looks fine although 740>8670 according to forums i suppose.
i5-3230M works much better for games.

740m is way better than 8670
i think you should opt for the 740m one
graphics is way more important for gaming than processor
