also i dont hav a graphics card and the motherboard is intel 945...

Rise of Nations... A very nice game.. though not turn-based like civilisation...
Caesar.. Again not turn-based, but a nice game..

Both are not graphic rich.. so are compatible with onboard graphics. Age of Empires 3 may not run smoothly without a GFx card...

Hey try Empire Earth I..
thats a cool game.. and it should work on your PC, coz it worked on mine
seriously i have a PIII with no graphic card and it works just fine.. not EMPIRE EARTH II but I... try it out..
