I want to know what is a game trainer?

A trainer unlike a cheat changes the actions when the program is added to the memory. A trainer should run when then program also runs.

I meant, When the game program is added to System Memory (RAM), the trainer program changes the game parameters so that the game can be customised by activating a trainer key. Trainers can be used for game when there is no cheat for it. For the same reason the trainer needs to be running while running the game in order to cheat..
