frequent BSODs(Video_TDR_Error)

hey guys,for quite some time i have been experiencing frequent BSOD's,whose cause i am not sure about.generally,my pc's fine but whenever i play any game,no matter how less graphic intensive it is,it sometimes BSOD's and displays the BC code 116,which is the Video_TDR error.this problem doesn't happen everytime,and when i cheked my GPU by furmark(for around 24 mins) there were no errors.i have even tried changing the hard disc and formatting the system,but the problem persists.please help.
my specs-intel core i3-530
intel DH55tc mobo
AMD gigabyte HD7750
CM Storm 350W PSU
4 GB Ram

i have the latest drivers.before,i had even tried to install the current beta version,which caused another problem,that is whenever the computer was running for a while and the display automatically switched off,the video driver would not respond and then recover.
