1. Budget?
10k. can go 1-2k more if needed
2. Display type and size?
22 to 24 inch. VA or TN preferred Not a big fan of IPS Because of light Bleeding issues ,also i have heard that budget VA panels are better than Budget IPS and TN (Do correct me if i am wrong though)
3. What will the TV/monitor be used for primarily?
Gaming Everyday and casually for web browsing and movies
4. Types and number of ports required?
Not an Issue
5. Preferred choice of brand?
Open to all
6. Any TV/monitor in consideration?

so far i have only found this one VA monitor within budget

I can Buy an IPS as well if it fits withing budget and is a good quality panel just really scared of getting screen issues since i live in village area and getting replacements from any company or retailer is a hit or miss most of the times
