Folder Security --- Fishy?

This December in DIGIT DVD, Digital Passion > Contribution section there is a tool called Folder Security. Its Freeware, contributed by Manoj Kumar AP. Then how is it that in Warranty section the Software Disclaims that "Dipankar Basu" will not be held responsible ?

Also after exiting the tool, an error is thrown up.

Broken In
To avoid the error message from being thrown up, shut down the program by clicking on the 'red' cross inside the program window. well about your second query, it is interesting!!! Let the DIGIT staff answer that. I have also posted a problem related to this software, see if you can help me out.
