hey, i wieghed myself after 2 weeks- i have lost 5 kgs babe!...
i just wanted to know an excercise regime that will help me loose wieght easily. right now i do like 1 hour of cardio a day, and around 30 minutes of abdominal excercises. with a little bit of wieght training.
Id like some tips-
also please no immature "hehehe fat boy" jokes or posts cuz that pisses me off- im trying to turn this into a serious discussion
