I have never had any smart phone in my life yet. :(

1. Budget?
5K to 7K
2. Display type and size?
5"-5.5"
3. Dual sim?
Yes
4. Preferred choice of brand?
Use to be a fan of Nokia very long ago
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)?
I'm no selfie freak no front camera required.
Only good rear camera required.
Flash not must cos most of the time its useless.
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).
Android or Windows
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready).
4G (should be backward compatible with 3G & 2G too)
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)?
Watching Anime,Youtube, listening music, good camera and internet of course.
No Gaming needed.
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
Redmi 4 Black (2GB+16GB) {negative point is its hybrid sim)
10. Any other info that you want to share
Tried to grab Redmi 4 today(1500 off offer) but oos before flashing my eyes.
Will buy using EMI(SBI DC).
Can stretch budget to 10K if only RN4 4GB+64GB available @10K ;)

Should've bought the 64GB RN4 in sale which ended 2-3 days ago. Would've been available in your budget.

Waited so long so no problem to wait a little more.
But chances to grab good deal is very less for me because I can't order online without smart phone.
I can only place order when I'm not at work but at home.

In that case borrow someone's smartphone while ordering. RN4 is readily available without flash sale.

RN4 4GB+64GB still available @11K but I'm not ready to spend more than 10K.
I have to wait for better offer or for Redmi 4 I guess.

Sorry,I'm not so fortunate in that matter.
I will wait and will try by myself next time. :)
And I will use EMI option(no COD) so I have to it do it by myself.

I give up on Redmi 4.
Getting 16GB is like winning lottery to me now and other 32GB or 64GB not worth the price.
Now,both flipkart and amazon started another Festive Dhamaka.
A lot of mobiles available from 5K to 7K(moto c plus, panasonic p77, redmi 4a,samsunt on5 etc).
But,are those deal actually real or fake ?

Does it has decent camera ,reliable hardware and xda support ?
I know I may have to give up on fingerprint censor or powerful processor at lower price tag but that's OK if I'm getting other feature mentioned above.
