Broken In
As always I look forward to get my problems solved from the members of the best technology navigator magazine. I have switched to a LCD monitor (LG L192WS) about 6 months ago. Everything was going on fine till yesterday when I noticed the colours started fading. It has a bluish appearance and colours like red and green look faded. The pictures and movies are mostly affected with the colours totally distorted.
Have contacted LG support and they were prompt to respond too. One LG representative inspected the monitor and assured me he would come back tomorrow with some panel to test functionalities. Maybe he would repair the problem too, but I would want to know what exactly caused this problem and is anything required to be done to avert the problem in future.
