Excel utility to edit/format text in cells

Right off the assembly line
Respected,

There was an excel utility to edit/format text (like editing/formatting in word)

At that time it was published in Chip CD.
and on installing it got in an extra menu item in menu bar.

Can you please mention me from where I can download????
