Deepcool D-Shield V2 (ATX) Mid Tower Cabinet With Transparent Side Panel (Black) 3.2k. U can compromise on cabinet a bit by going local.

Use rest of the moolah for a GPU later on. Also might be worth waiting for Intel 12400 as its a radical different design but it will overshoot your budget.

Pop in a GPU and its a decent gaming PC as well.

Total : 43.6k.

OK so you have given a list of all the components :)

But I am looking for a 32GB RAM you have mentioned Just one 8GB RAM ?

Also can the Cabinet not be made a little smaller ?

I was suggesting buy 2 of those. If you need 32 gb ram, buy 2x 16 gb. Adjust price .

Smaller cabinets, you need to search around. But go with mid tower anyhow. Usually microatx cabinets are extremely el cheapo and become e-waste within 1 year.

Mid-Tower as in the Height you are saying ? Or is it a Brand of Cabinet ?

There are 3 categories of mainstream cabinets.
Mini/micro (can only accomodate microatx motherboards), mid tower ( can do both microatx and full size atx, is a compromise in space but provides enough fans), full tower (gigantic cabinets for full on overclocking)

Antec VSK10 Window (M-ATX) Mini Tower Cabinet with Transparent side panel (Black) - Micro
PC Cases | Mid Tower Cases, ATX Cases, ATX Mid Tower Cases - Mid
PC Cases | Super Tower Cases, E-ATX Full Size PC Cases - full

One more thing, this is, right now you are saying with a Integrated GPU right ? And Later on a Dedicated GPU can be added to this ?

yes, this has intel iGPU inside the processor. Get a dedicated GPU later. Intel IGPU is fine for regular photoshop tasks, but not good enough for super high resolution images or AI based rendering etc.
Pls look for reviews online, if iGPU will be sufficient. Also wait for others to reply/modify the components I provided.

okay, looks like i5-12400 (latest) is available for Rs. 19K on PrimeABGB. Buy Online Intel Core i5-12400 12th Gen Alder Lake Processor - in India

Just order it with a H610 motherboard right away. Buy Online Motherboards In India At Best Price with Motherboard Chipset Intel H610

Note that 12th gen Intel processors use a different motherboard / socket than 11th and 10th gen. And, with 12th gen, make sure you get a motherboard with DDR4 memory as DDR4 is cheaper.

It's a great price for i5-12400!!!!

Hi two weeks back I went to Hyderabad and searched to buy a budget pc but I can't find what I want within my budget and after that I have bought the following assembled pc.

1) Intel i3 10100 processor which is somewhat old but it's working perfectly for Photoshop etc.,. It's cost is 10500 rupees.

2) Asus PRIME h 510 me motherboard which is the latest and also has a slot for SSD and a lot of features. It's cost is 6500 rupees.

3) gigabyte 256 gb 2280 SSD nvme M2. It's cost is 3500 rupees.

4) crucial 8 gb DDR 4 ram and it's cost is 2900 rupees.

Approximately the final cost is 21600.

I have not bought new power supply and cabinet and hard disc hdd because I have previously used old.

Now my system is working perfectly even at extreme loads.

Please don't try to buy a system with separate graphics card because new graphics card starts from 4500 rupees and also generates lot of heat. Inserted try to buy a processor with igpu.

The main important component in the latest pc is whether you have SSD or not because if you have it your pc will boot within seconds at any budget you spend.

Try to search for ryzen 5 2400g or ryzen 3 3200g and gigabyte b450 ds3 or asus b450 motherboard. If not available search for ryzen with g version.

If you can't find then my suggestion is search for i3 or i5 or i7 10th generation according to your budget.

If you go 12th generation the starting price may be 24000 rupees for processor only.

Totally the final cost may be greater than 60000 if you buy 12th generation, 32 gb extra graphics card etc.,.

This is for all people who are going to buy a new PC.
