Please friends HELP ME.

Code:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application

0xc000007b is probably the NT_STATUS code STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_FORMAT meaning that some DLL or a .exe is corrupted in your Disk. Try installing from some other source.
You said that you get this prob in some selected programs even when you run them in newly installed OS from their previous install locations. That, makes no diffrence. If .exe/.dll is corrupted, it wont run in any OS (old or new).
It may be a maware/virus issue. Its better to make a hijackthis log (google it) of your computer and post it on hijackthis.de and see the result. Remove all those applications you see are a threat or malicous. Install Kaspersky trial and update it and scan your computer, i had the same prob and it was a malware, i scanned it with Avast 4.8 updated and the prb was solved.
