Avoid MSI because of poor after sales & poor build of budget laptops. That MSI might have a 50W 3050, so lower performance than 70k laptops.

For RTX 3050, you need to spend 70k usually, upto 68k for laptop & 2k for 8GB RAM.

General recommendation is HP Victus or Dell G15 with i5 11th gen or R5 5600H + RTX 3050 + 1080p 120/144Hz panel + 8GB RAM + 512GB SSD. Prices vary but usually 65-70k. There's a Legion 5 with i5 10500H + 3050 for 70k as well, similar panel but has MUX switch, so will be good for gaming (check Jarrod Tech video on what is MUX switch).

Differences between G15 & Victus - Victus has slightly larger panel, larger battery & sleeker, whereas G15 is slightly better built (at expense of bulk). R5 vs i5 11th gen - R5 has better battery life, performance is similar. Add 2nd 8GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM to not limit performance.

For under 60k, get HP Victus with R5 5600H + 5500M for about 55k.

GPU performance kind of scales like this based on model & power limit, 5500M performs similar to 50W 3050 I think, so better than 1650:
