Hi nishant_nms,
I did not know that we could not ask for serial numbers in this forum. I am sorry for that and will not repeat this mistake again in future. But I read that I cannot make any new posts in this forum again. Hey this is quite tough for a newbie like me. Please tell me how to get out of this situation so that I can make posts in future. please guide me. thanks in advance.

What do you mean you cannot make any new posts? You joined 2 years back so technically you are no longer a newbie. But you don't seem to be an active member either. Please read the forum rules to make sure you don't break them again.
