Earphones around 1k

I'm looking for earphones that are shaped like sennheiser mx170 I don't know what category they fall under.

I can't use in ear ones like e10c for long periods, starts getting painful

Mx170 breaks within a few months so don't want to buy that again

Painful as in too tight fit/discomfort or something else? If it is the former, you should try e10c with memory foam tips.
