8k... Max 9k.. not a penny above it.
2. Display type and size?
less than 4.7" ... 230+ ppi
3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip?

Strict No No to Indian brands. Proper after sales service is a must.
5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type).
Touch screen.
6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera.
Flash, AF.. Can compromise on FF Camera.
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
Anything.
8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc)Please specify clearly.

Browsing, YouTube, CamScanner

Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 and Panasonic T21

Dual Sim and Good Display are a must option.

Battery drains so fast in that... wil keep this as my last option however. Why nobody speaks about panasonic ? Reputed brand with decent specs at nominal price ...

Dude you are not going to find any good branded phone for 8k.Since you have mentioned gamming is no priority then get lumia 525.
