Have u considered Spice Pinnacle FHD Mi-525..?? Its a phone with some really decent specs in your budget, got dual sim & Full Hd display....

^If you care for ASS, which of course brands like spice, mmx and Xolo won't be able to provide, then go for Xperia M Dual SIM version. Apart from low internal memory (4GB), nothing will be a problem in it. I believe, this would be your best bet.
