Droid Razr from green dust ?

nope, except for camera, Moto G is far better than Droid Razr. Razr is almost neck to neck when compared with Moto E leaving the camera and internal storage part.

Increase budget and buy Moto G or Huawei honor 3C (a bit better than Moto G on paper)

I was increasing my budget from moto E. Increasing to make it double is kinda hard.
Anyway, another good thing about droid razr is that it has a micro hdmi port.
