Drivers for onboard soundcard of Asus A7N266-VM ver 1.05

Hey guys can any1 help me to get the drivers for my onbaord soundcard of ASUS A7N266-VM ver 1.05. This motherboard do not have onboard Lan card. Guys can you help me out to find drivers on net.Plzzzz

MotherBoard feature:
nVidia Geforce graphic card
BIOS version : no idea
