Broken In
// Those who dont have time to read please read just the bold text................................BUT PLEASE HELP
I have a 160 GB SATA Hard Drive with seven partitions:
Windows XP (C)
Windows Vista (D)
Images (E)
Software Setups (F)
Games (I)
Softwares (J)
Songs (K)
DVD-RAM Drive (G) And CD-RW Drive (H)
When I switched on my computer today,I found that my drive letters had changed. Now they were as follows:
Windows XP (C)
Software Setups (D)
Images (E)
Games (F)
Softwares (G)
Songs (H)
Windows Vista (I)
DVD-RAM Drive (J) And CD-RW Drive (K)
I had installed "Anti Blanx" in XP to run the game Total Overdose after which the problem arose.I tried reassigning the letters via Disk Management>Change drive letters and paths and everything went fine after a reboot but the same problem arose after another reboot.......
The drive letters change in XP only. When I boot into Vista the letters are as original.I had installed Anti Blanx also in XP.
I have to change the drive letters in XP again and again through Disk Management to make any game or software work in XP.
"NO Virus is Detected by Latest versions of Avast and AVG"
