Doubts about corsair cx 430w

Although its about the V2, I am not really sure what's the difference between V1 and V2. I have one installed (V1) in my parent's rig and there's absolutely no problem. If the SMPS is meant for the rig of your signature, then I think you can go ahead and buy it. It doesn't have 80+ certification, otherwise its good.
