doubt on amd motherboard

i was trying to search for amd motherboards for an amd sempron 2500+ socket 754 cpu
i found an msi board - MSI KM4M-V M/B - VIA KM400 (AMD K7) which supports AMD K7 cpu...will this support an amd sempron 2500+ 64 bit socket 754 cpu??

also the price i'm being offered is rs.2600 for the cpu while the msi board is available for rs.2450. is the price ok???

i have my doubts whether the msi board mentioned above will support a socket 754 cpu or not

Sorry dude.
MSI KM4M-V M/B does not support 754-pin processors as it has a socket A.
