Dots in Netbook screen ever since it fell off

Dear All,

My Samsung Netbook has developed the below glitch in the screen ever since it fell off:-



Is that some problem with the display device gone loose or something?

I took a snapshot via PrtScn of the Netbook and viewed it in my desktop, it was clean without the spots as seen in the above attachment. Does that imply it's a issue with the Netbook screen?

Please advise.

You dropped it -> it got damaged. Simple as that. If it's under warranty, try to get a claim.

This ain't good. Did you got adp or warranty cover on your netbook coz your screen looks damaged. These might be the dead pixels.

nah..warranty period over for that

2 queries:-
a) Will this problem extend in future? i mean will the dead pixels eventually eat up the entire screen area?
b) What will be the estimated damage to my pocket if i try to get this issue fixed?
