Yes that board is compatible no doubt but would suggest you to change that board for a new generation Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H for Rs 4300 and you are good to go.

what do you think about hd 7770 with Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2H Motherboard. i want to go for a high end graphic card rather than going for a more expensive motherboard.

@@ rohan: The H61 vs b75 has been dicsussed many a times before and some items in favor of b75 solution are as below:

1. Support for DDR31600, h61 chipst caps out at 1333
2. USB 3.0 Support + 1 X SATA 6.0
3. Xfire
4. Price diff isnt too much between the two boards.

Incase your not too financially limited , its better to go with Incinerators suggestion of b75 solution

Gigabyte is better than the Powercolor. If you look around you can have it cheaper and below Rs 8400 from local dealers. Flipkart is overpriced.

And do check all the points about the B75 motherboard mentioned by aloodum and Cilus ,they are important factors to consider before you buy your PCs main component or the motherboard. Why buy a old generation printed silicon (H61) which has no native features but are useful for normal users like us.
